Interfax news agency, Moscow, August 1, recently, the Eurasian Economic Commission has decided to extend the Indian graphite electrode anti-dumping duties for a period of 5 years.

In 2012, ECE began imposing 16.04% to 32.83% anti-dumping duties on graphite electrode manufacturers, such as HEG Limited, graphite India Limited, India, for a period ending until January 25 this year. Since last October, ECE has resumed anti-dumping investigations and, based on preliminary data, has made the final decision on the continued anti-dumping imports of Indian graphite electrodes and on possible damage to the economies of the Eurasian Economic Union member States.
